Travel Journal – Nepal Day 5

Day of the Adrenaline junkie. This is the day I came for. 160m bungy jump from a breathtaking view.

As soon as I came back from Pokhara and returned to the hotel in Kathmandu, I call the tour operator and asked him to book me for the bungy jump. He was like, its crazy and won't do it again after doing it once. Hmmm, so I have to do it once to figure out if I m in for more or not. The only people to arrange for bungy in Nepal are The Last Resort, located somewhere near the Nepal-Tibet border. Once again its going to be a long bus ride. The last resort is the ultimate place for adventure sports like river rafting, bungy jump, canyon swing, etc.

We head out in the small tourist bus once again. The bus is filled with everyone going for bungy. I asked many people if they have done it before and it turns out that everyone is a first time. Fear and excitement on everyones face. This is going to be interesting. Lets kick some ass. Again another death certificate signed before leaving. On the way its time for some more fabulous scenery.
